The Short Version

DocMark ID does not collect, store, or share your personal documents. Everything happens 100% locally on your device. We have no servers, no cloud storage, and no way to see what you watermark.

1. Data Processing

DocMark ID is designed with privacy as its core foundation. All document processing, watermarking, metadata stripping, and image generation occurs entirely on your device. Your photos and documents never leave your phone.

2. Photo Library Access

To function, DocMark ID requires access to your device's camera and photo library. This access is strictly used to:

Import the documents you explicitly select to watermark.
Save the final, protected copies back to a dedicated "DocMark ID" album on your device.

We do not scan, upload, or analyze your photo library.

3. In-App Purchases

DocMark ID offers a "Lifetime Pro" tier. Payments and purchases are processed securely by Apple via the App Store. We use Apple's native StoreKit to verify your purchase status. We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or identity.

4. Analytics and Crash Reports

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as which watermark templates are most popular) and crash reports to help us improve the app. This data is entirely disconnected from your personal identity and contains no document data. You can opt out of sharing crash diagnostics through your iOS System Settings.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we change our privacy practices, we will update this page. Because we do not collect your email address, we recommend checking this page periodically.
